Kimberlee, a member of the Real Estate and Land Use, Environmental and Natural Resources, and Energy Practice Groups, emphasizes a wide range of commercial real estate transactions in her practice.

 

Kimberlee manages transactions involving purchases and sales, leases, and financing in energy and forest products industries, in addition to traditional real estate transactions involving office, retail and industrial properties. 

 

Kimberlee’s representative matters include:

 

  • Representing a large, privately-held timber company in various ongoing timberland and mill purchases and sales in Oregon, Idaho, Montana, California and Washington. Relevant issues include title, easements, timberland transactions, water rights, environmental matters and other real estate concerns.
  • Representing a seller of a mixed-use commercial and residential apartment building in downtown Portland.
  • Working on real estate matters for large renewable energy projects throughout the United States.
  • Negotiating leases for office, retail and industrial properties.
  • Negotiating a lease for a manufacturing facility in Central Oregon.
  • Participating in the Portland Harbor Superfund site remedial investigation.
  • Counseling a local nonprofit in its acquisition of a site for 90 units of affordable housing.
