Jeff focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities regulation, and corporate governance. He has experience advising clients on acquiring and disposing of businesses and assets, securities compliance, and raising capital through private placements of equity and debt. Jeff also advises clients on corporate governance and general business issues, including entity formation and drafting and negotiating contracts.

He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Lewis & Clark Law School and graduated with a certificate in general business law. During law school, he was a Notes & Comments Editor for the Lewis & Clark Law Review.

Prior to law school, Jeffrey worked as a franchise paralegal at Medical Management International (Banfield, The Pet Hospital) in Portland. He spent two summers with our firm as an associate and joined us full time upon graduation.
