Inga is a partner in the firm’s Government Relations and Public Policy Practice Group. Her practice focuses on representing clients before the Oregon Legislative Assembly and Executive Branch agencies. Inga has been recognized as a "Rising Star" (top lawyer under 40) by Oregon Super Lawyers for her government relations work. 
 
Prior to joining Tonkon Torp, Inga served for seven years as the Director of Legislative and Public Affairs for the State Treasurer, responsible for developing and implementing legislative strategy and building coalitions to achieve the Treasurer's legislative objectives. 
 
In addition, she served as the Treasurer's State Land Board assistant, advising the Treasurer on all issues related to the management of state-owned lands. Her responsibilities included coordinating and negotiating with the Governor’s office and the Secretary of State’s office about issues before the Land Board and working with the Department of State Lands to communicate the Treasurer’s priorities and ensure policies were implemented in accordance with the Board's positions. 
 
As part of the Treasurer's financial education efforts, Inga created and implemented Reading is an Investment, a literacy and financial education program launched annually in every public elementary school in Oregon.  
 
Prior to working in the Treasurer's office, Inga co-managed Randall Edwards' statewide campaign for Treasurer and practiced general business and corporate law in Portland.
